Ogrish was great, liveleak sucks.

Ogrish is liveleak - they bought Ogrish back in the days, the ogrish forum still exists and is striving but they don't allow registration,
lol I remember the days when
I first visited ogrish.com, must be like 8 years ago or so, they had the page were people could submit stuff and and comment on the videos and pictures.
One day I log on and BOOM I get redirected to a fucking shit looking page called liveleak, good lord the uproar by the community

But it was a genius move from Liveleak who possibly never would have made it big otherwise, they invested a lot of money to buy a lot of members.

BTW if you want to buy the ogrishforum (or rater the domain www.ogrishforum.com) which is still owned by Liveleak you need to pay them around 20k haha thats at least what they asked for when a friend of mine
made honest requirements to buy them for a page he operates.
But as things goes the page he owns is so succesfull right now and he makes a lot of money I wouldn't be suprised if he buys the forum sooner or later.

I check around 100+ pages a day for new uploads for my page - I mostly skip the *Guys head completely smashed by Bus* and * Raped woman displayed by deranged killer*
what I am looking for is stuff like * US Marines storm Taliban stronghold * and * graphic aftermath of suicide bombing * since my page is strictly military related.

Due to the size of my page I get in contact with a lot of the webmasters and admins from other big pages you tend to help each others out.

You wouldn't believe how successful theync is, people always and always will have a strong interest in death and seeing other people die - that's a fact of life twist it all you want close your eyes and pretend it isn't true but you are fooling yourself - we are predators and we behave accordingly.

One of my philosophies in life are that I never (or very rarely) shy away of experience something and I want to see it all (I am very curious).
And yes agreed I have been burned in the past, the last time was with the 8 Russian conscripts slaughtered by a Chechen scumbag gang - that one hit me hard and I felt bad for a while and yes you get desensitized - once you seen something you cannot make it unseen - but I find it important to know what world we really life in.

What I do not agree with are these stupid comments from feel strong members on ogrish laughing and joking about somebodies else misery

I like this post. People in cushy, first world countries have no idea what kind of world is out there and often when confronted with its harsh realities they close their eyes and turn away from it. That's why so many are sympathetic to the Muslim terrorists. Maybe if they were force to watch a beheading and know that is what they want to do to you we'd fight this war the way it should be fought. Yep he bought the original - his page was the first page showing the video all the others you see have either his watermark erased or have the short version, the guy
has some amazing intel in regards to gore videos some of the stuff he finds is fucking amazing.

In regards to the "best" vids we have, I don't want to show off but we have shit loads of extremly good videos, let me see what I can find.

First if you are into watching Taliban and Insurgents getting shot and killed by 30mm Apache cannon you need to view the videos in the FLIR section, we just started the FLIR section a short while ago and have at least 1k more videos in other cathegories which we haven;t gotten around to move the FLIR section.
