I bet if I took it I would remain the same Twink that I have always been. I don`t bother with any supplements, not even protein powder as it makes zero difference over food.   I`d rather eat food.

I agree for the most part but i think protein shakes have a convenience factor that is easier then food.  I definitely try to get all my meals from foods, but at midnight, the last thing i feel like doing is cooking and readytodrink protein shakes can be great.
