Do twinks do obscure versions of exercise....

because they think they're doing some 'advanced' version because it works better?  Or is their inability to do any basics the reason they're a twink?

No one really knows what's a good poundage for a lot of the obscure exercises, whereas everyone just laughs when I am some twink is struggling under a 225lb bench press.

I can't tell if this is a poor attempt at comedy, or just some ridiculous insult? Either way it ridiculous and includes third person speaking. Just stop... lol

This is a good point.  When james blut is laying on his back on the cable back row seat and doing curls with the pin removed from the stack its because the genius angle applies all the resistance he needs...

Usually when I see really small guys working out the exercises are either being done wrong or are some weird thing they've dreamed up that doesn't seem like it would build muscle.

This is it right here. When you are doing golfing, punching, or fly swatting motions on the cable nobody really knows what kind of weight is respectable and you can pass yourself off as some sort of athlete. Get on a bench or squat rack and all the pretense is gone.

Fags are always doing some complicated and useless movement in the gym, getting in the way, and pissing me off.

I saw an old dude doing a weird exercise a few weeks back. He lower the cable waist high,stood back about 3-4 feet back, used a mid grip bar, and did hip thrusts. Look like he was fuckng the invisible woman.  :-\
