I thought the same but he proved me wrong at this ASC. Good back, good legs also, and he was smart enough to add mass to his shoulders so his frame would look wider (Jay did the same thing after 2001). Also good back and legs with finally obliques kept in check. Conditioning was great. Overrated maybe like most pro-Bbers. But certainly not the most overrated.

phil heath is maxed,,you will never see him gettingany better ever,,conditioning will get slightly better depending on how he use duretic ,,but he is done growing,,thats his absolut max,,hisi calvicles are horrid and he should never become a mr o ,,they want him too very badly,,but take the arms off and you are with an 18 year old kid,,his arms and delt just respond very very well to hormones both swole and thickness,,but when it comes to structure he got major major flaw,,you cant look past how narrow this fella is ,,one of the weirdest things ever,,almost like he is loads of hormones on an unfinished base ,,very weird but they want him mr o and they will push for it hard if he get in good condition

Phil looks awesome. every muscle is huge, ripped, seperated, striated, full muscle bellies, etc. some of the sickest arms ever. but damn his clavicles are so short, and it really diminishes the wow factor.
