If you ever wondered what side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!

If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.

If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced. (Unless it's a foreign religion, of course!)

If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.

i have been a DDM for multiple PMC's....so i have went to war for money........i am positive there is no such thing as god.......and i refuse to vote because i have taken direct orders from the powers that be, and can tell you first hand that nothing you see or hear on either side is true...

Gun rights are for responsible law abiding people.

Gangsters and hoodlums don't go to your local gun shop give consent for a background check and fill out legal forms to get guns. They get them illegaly on the streets.

Firearm culture? What is firearm culture.
You can't ban things that a small minority of the population is wreckless with.

Do some research. Places where law abiding citizens have the right to carry a firearm... the murder, burglary...etc rates are much lower. This can't be disputed...just google up some statistics and see for yourself.

The fact is that law abiding citizens who have guns (myself included) do not commit crimes with their legaly issued firearms. It's the criminals for no regard for the law, human life or propety who commit crimes with guns. Criminals aren't that stupid. They are not going to go places where they know there is a chance of someone having a gun that might be used against them.

So to answer your question, yes it is fighting fire with fire.
