just bought some extra virgin coconut oil

any of yall use it?

aside from the health benefits, i heard its great for improving energy.

what does everyone think of it?

Get a Jar, put in half coconut oil and half high quality Olive oil put the lid on tight and shake the shit out of it.  Use this when you cook.  Yummmmm!!!!!!!!!!

The only coconut oil I've seen/used has been hard (at room temp).  How do you "shake" it  ???

it will be.  Coconut oil is solid to about 75 degrees, but it seems to emulsify with Olive Oil.  You want to fill the jar first with olive oil then using a tablespoon scoop out the coconut oil and add it.  You can stir or shake.
