steroids will always mess with your cholesterol levels.  Especially orals and high doses.  That's just the way it goes.  25 HDL isn't that bad.  I've had mine in the single digits before.  But it always goes back up to 40-60s post cycle.  The anti-estrogens can really wreak havoc on your cholesterol levels.

Niacin will help more than fish oil.

Cardio will definitely help.  Well there is your creatinine and your creatine kinase levels.  Creatinine has to do with your kidneys and creatine kinase has to do with muscle breakdown and it's an indicator of heart attack.  But in your case if you are talking about CK it's usually normal in to have elevated CK levels if you are working out strenuously and lifting breaking down your muscle fibers.  Your creatinine can also be elevated when on a cycle due to kidney stress.  I wouldn't freak out about your labs least of all your cholesterol levels if you are a generally healthy guy.  Cholesterol is a VERY poor indicator of heart health overall.  Just because it's high doesn't mean anything.  Take breaks between your cycles eat healthy and stay active and you'll be fine.

Minus Nolvadex which actually does good things to your lipids, raises hdl and keeps ldl in check... I know it's not techically an anti-estrogen, but a serm and it does keep the gyno in check.

i read a statement from the american heart assoc. and they sited 27 studies that showed that fish oil did not do anything.  in fact it increased HDL in quite a number of people.

so a half a glass of red wine at night, cut out red meat, and do aerobic excercises....

I've used nolvadex plenty of times and it has always lowered my HDL levels.  Maybe your body responds differently.
