Heres the deal. 6'1 at 215 at 8 to 10% bodyfat will look a lot bigger in clothes out on the street while your drinking with you butt buddies then 6'1 5% competition weight in clothes doing the same thing.  The difference is most people will never see below 8% body fat.

GH15 is correct about 98% of the time.

Onlyme if he was ever to get into shape would have been lucky to be 180 pounds at 5% bodyfat. We've all seen his photo's behind the station wagon of him close to 300 pounds at about 35% bodyfat but the guy would have lost 100 pounds if he truly was to get into bodybuilding comp. shape. And without any gear Onlyme would have been smaller then most middle weights if he decided to get into bodybuilding. Good guy though and awesome stories. But he was never in shape when it comes to bodybuilding. Lets not kid ourselves.

without steroids bodybuilding is impossible. but just because somebody is usign steroids doesnt mean they will be getting "steroid like" results.


 training (progressive overload, sufficient rest+calorries, periodization) is just as important to results as steroids are.


neither can work without the other. (well, training natural can work up to a point, but not for bodybuilding purpouses)

no one would ever look anything like a professional bodybuilder does without the long term useage of steroids in conjunction with consistant hard work in the gym

One can get bigger, stronger, and leaner, but only to a point natural or not.  One person will be able to reach a natural level that others can't!  The same with gear put two people  on the same cycle and the results will be different.  As a teen I ran a 4.6 forthy a good friend  ran a 4.2!  Same age same built same workouts, why was he faster? Was he on the sauce? Or just by nature faster? Everyone doesn't need steroids to build muscle and look like a bodybuilder.
