okay, I definitely respect Kai more after watching these videos. not that he cares whether or not I respect him.  :D Just an observation.

Dude, takes the train and bus every day to the gym. Shit, sometimes I hate even driving to the gym lol.

I am on the fence about him having the sandow. On the one hand, he has a much better physique than Jay. however, his lifestyle and posing routines are not what should represent the sport.

Probably not, but the sponsors do, I'm sure. With that in mind, who knows if they would let him win the Mr. O.

Kai Greene is a humble, intelligent, philosophical, hard working, goal-oriented man who overcame a rough childhood, and with little oppurtunity made something of himself.


you should watch all the videos he has on MD. he's quite the inspiration, physically and mentally.

Well, I mean, what else do you expect him to do? He is a competitive bodybuilder. That's the choice he made. Granted, I am sure all that money he spends on drugs can go toward a nicer apartment; if he does decide to do that, he can't compete anymore, which means he can't afford shit. That's how he earns his living. Definitely not a good situation to be in--the fact that he is so dependent upon bodybuilding because he can't do anything else. On the one hand, he is responsible for his own actions, and whatever situation he is in is due to his own choices. However, he is making the best with what he has.

The guy simply PRETENDS. Everything he does, he does it pretending. Faces in the gym to show "intensity", "starved" while having cheat meals and gaining over 15 pounds overnight...haha starving. muscle cramps tiredness...and when he walks onstage he magically starts doing that gay shit he does..."tired" yea right.

look.  he is a nyer...so he knows how to stretch the story a bit.

artist with an apt full of "cat" shots but dave forgot to show us his evening job which really covered the bills.
