x2 bout time he hasn't shown good legs since he turned pro,,he had great legs as amateur ,they actually overshadowed his upper body then.

Legs still look extremely soft compared to his upper body. Maybe the poses he's hiting though. Hard to tell if he'll lose plenty of mass once dieting.

Knee must be ok. Probably enjoyed the break and gave the receptors time off, means he should come back strong and dial it in. One of the top bods competing today no doubt.

Phil looks alot better than this right now, but that dosen't mean shit bc only the day of the show matters.
