First off, to say Cheney is responsible for those deaths is a monster stretch. Especially when you compare it to how Stalin, Hitler and Pol pot were connected to their mass murders.
Also, the whole million dead things is probably not accurate either.
Fact is, Stalin and Hitler kill with our provocation.
America was attacked and we hit back. That's what happens when you fuck with the USA. Yeah, innocent people died. That's what happens in war. Afghanistan and Iraq and the rest of the nut job 13 century radicals should feel lucky that AMERICA has the smart bombs because lots more would be dead otherwise.
