Pacquiao has agreed to all of Mayweather's demands for the drug testing 14 days before the fight and the purse is 50/50.

Manny tends to leave himself open and vulnerable to counters and Floyd is a master counterpuncher

This is why it's so great - it's one of the toughest fights to call in years. Both have proved themselves - and Mayweather is still unbeaten.

My 2 cents - I think Mayweather would win by the slimmest of margins and it wouldn't be a unanimous victory either.

FMW test was mosley.  that's the guy roach said he wouldnt let manny in the ring with because he eats himself to 160 at the bell n manny has problems breaking 142.  also said paul williams is on the list.  if FMW beats PW...then WTF?

too small and arms too short.  south paw dont matter.  FMW didnt even bother using a shoulder roll against mosley...just stood in front of him.

FMW's game is to get a slight edge one way or another on manny by the bell.

he will counter punch the f##k out of him in the 1st half of the fight, frustrate him and go for the kill late.

guy is just too small.

if he had judah's reach... ...given early in the fight...FMW had problems dealing with his lefty style.
 
bottom line he will have to extend himself forward with the reach disadvantage which equals game over with a grade A counter puncher in front of him.

I think he paid off his debt and then some from the Mosley fight.  Now he fights for legacy and that's all he has.  If it's tarnished his place in history will be forgotten.  He's a boring boxer.

mosley was suppose to be the one who would dismantle FMW and make him run.  the problem is FMW stood in front of him and fought an offensive fight and use little or no shoulder rolls or defense...just exchanged with a 157-160 guy at the bell who roach wont entertain for a fight with manny.

FMW fights Williams and finds away to slip punches based on his reach advantage and beats him from the inside than what people will say he is afraid of a "shot" cotto or to meet a quick handed martinez at 152 catch weight.

three guys i have seen could beat fmw are not in his generation.  1. sugar ray leonard would dismantle fmw like he did his dad  2. fmw's shoulder roll wouldnt work against tommy hearns cause he would go to the body and would test fmw's chin with power fmw hasnt seen his whole career  3. salvador sanchez who was a beast like roberto duran but had 90% of fmw's technique.
