GH15. Would you ever consider changing your name to Mr.15  because I believe that you deserve the respect to be called Mr. every time someone post something about you. Will you consider the change?

Alright, so you want some specific information of new high-tech new protocols to confirm gh15 is a top pro like he says. Fine.

Still, I don't see any improvements in the 'stage polish' if you will, in the last decade. If we take vascularity, I don't see how it's improved. Not that vascularity is very important anyway. I would argue that extreme vascularity takes away from a quality physique.

I don't claim to be in the inner circle of the very top pros, say Olympia top 3, not at all. I'm mostly basing my opinion on what I see on stage. I have had conversations with a few pros, some of whom are fairly close to the very top guys, and I've not heard of these cutting edge new techniques. And even if there were new techniques, I'm just not seeing improvements on stage. Who is shredded and dry like Munzer? Who is grainy, dry and full like Dorian? I don't see anyone. Look at Martinez, looks like a soft water balloon with oily bodyparts (he looks "great" of course, I'm only comparing to the best 10 years earlier). Heath's quality looks pretty great but it's a step down from Levrone IMO. Warren has grainy legs etc but it's not top to bottom conditioning and graininess like Dorian.

If you could post some pics of the guys who have employed these techniques it would be great.

yes thas why we should know what all of these guys you are talking about were infact doing and compare this with today's greatest aka coleman 03 etc
ive read somewhere cutler in 2001 used not only 1 or 2 diuretics but a coctail of 6 different ones, all im saying is people's protocols vary and id like to know as many of them regardless of what works better for an individual and their different response to the drugs
i will get back to you later i hope you will too

2 different ones,, one for glucose and nutrition,, one for growth,,

usualy used at night during prep,, gh iv into vein,,glucose and nutrients into vein,,not done same time ,,its diff stages of preperation ,,mainly to keep the muscle mass and thickness as max while losing body fat down to 4 % and under,,its not practiced by everyone ,,its practiced by mass monsters and in times include narcotics,,

what is the name of this iv cocktail bag of glucose and protein nutrients?
how do 'make' the gh iv bag, with what iv liquid bag do you mix it and how do you make sure the gh is divided into that liquid so the flow of gh is constant throughout the period ur using it?

this is the  first post in 5 years that you tell something new i can only endorse this
good

lastly, are you saying there is nothing remotely 'new' out there as in final stages that is used today and wasnt used 10-15years ago? it doesnt have to be a big thing i believe its all in the details

i do not wish to talk about it because its not something you should do and bodybuilding can exist with out it ,,

,,

AGAIN ,,THIS IS NOT FOR MAJORITY OF BODYBUILDLERS,,this is NOT I REPEAT NOT THE WAY BODYBUILDING SHOULD GO,,this is written for theory purposes only and not for you to be doing because it wont give you anything at your 220lb 10% body fat,,

i would like this posting to stay on this thread and nto making new thread out of it ,,i do not belive in this practice in bodybuilding and i dont want new generation to follow it,,

i thought u said u wanted to know how it was done as well...

i said know not use, knolledge is good, thats all.

how many guys in board take over a gram or more that will never get to national level or win a champiosh, not to say turn pro!!!

so why take all that gear if u can achieve a great body.
i started competing natural i won my first 2 contest natural ,yes only 80 kg as a junior, but natural, then i did my first cicle that was 1 primo 1 deca a week  and 2 pills of wins a day i weighted 94 kg in that contest and i won, after that i took a bit more and kept winnig national shows, my last amateur show in spain i won all the best bodybuilders in spain and before that i won nabba mr universe, its all been a process where i supposed i could turn pro and took the risk ,allways by medical control, to use more(less than gh 15 says but thats another story?

the main story is first i think u should develope a natural good psique, if make the move to gear ,make it thinking in where u want to go and where u can get to, for me just taking gear to go to the beach or impress people is stupid, bodybuilding is a war against your own thats the nice thing of our sport,.

I know a guy who takes 2 to 3 grams a week of gear but also makes 200 grand a month in his job as a business owner. As a single man he basically can get laid every night of the week by almost anyone he he wants. Can you  Marcus say that you live that same lifestyle? And who gives you right to be able to take more male hormone than a guy who can probably buy and sell you many times over? Go to sleep Marcos, your tired!!! PS. Should Sly Stallone not take hormones because Marcos the competing bodybuilder says so? WHAT A JOKE. Grow up Marcos. More hormones are injected into athlethes and models and wannbe's than retarded half broke bodybuilders like yourself. Now go train calfs for crying out loud. You did say that you never trained them right?

I don't think that's necessary as he is also known as the God of Hormones (GOH) though some just refer to him as God for short. I think one of the requirements for him to answer your PMs is that somewhere in the question you refer to him as God. I don't think it's strictly enforce, especially if you have a good question but I remember him mentioning something about that. No need to make a big deal out of it. You can just say something like: "Hey God, I was just wondering about that whole IV bag thing..."

Real bummer about the left inner calf. How long has it been like that? Has it been determine that it's some kind of nerve damage? It really throws everything off. People go through their whole life bouncing up and down on a calf machine using way too much weight but never injure themselves. Here you have someone who is a legit competitive bodybuilder with naturally great calves and this happens.

Marcos thanks for sharing the info about your cutting water and aldactone dose etc, so even on aldactone you never cut water? i think that is actually a good way to do it, when i used aldactone the first tme i cut water and ended up very flat :(

Bodybuilders train every body part regardless of size of muscle. As a sponsor of Athletes, I could never sponsor a man who is supposedly a bodybuilder but does train all the major muscles in his body. No thanks i'll take my millions elsewhere.

That is just insane! I had a friend who had great calves but injured his left calf pushing his car. Even though it healed and he could train it his calf just started disappearing. Calves are a weird muscle. Seems to be like no other. There's a recent picture here of Dennis James and he looks great as always except no calves and I'm sure he's blasted them to death. I wonder if we will ever discover what makes the calf muscle so different.

If you don't train calves maybe you should start hitting that inner head. And to honest, and I know some will blast me for this, but maybe you should use synthol and site injects for that area. Bodybuilding is more than just a hobby for you. You want to go as far as you can. Most everyone on the top uses synthol in one way or another. Even gh15 admitted that. Cutler uses it on his biceps but he just doesn't go crazy so that it looks stupid. If you do it right it might help a lot. That left inner calf is a glaring weak point especially when you diet down like in that pic where everything shows.

Sounds neural, have you done extensive MRIs, if you cant flex it im sure a neurologists could pick it up in a nerve conduction test, the nerve could be damaged a lot higher up the leg, maybe even in your spine especially if both calves are shrinking, sounds like a nerve compression type injury possibly in the lumbar region of your spine, you should get thouroughly examined by a specialist if not already done, the weakness and atrophy will more than likely spread up the leg the longer you are not diagnosed.
