Looks pretty good in a tank-top but he always does.

Considering that he's been competing for quite a while now it's impressive - but not competitive on the olympia stage.

His waist looks slimmed down but can't tell for sure.

Calves are weak.

if you know ANYTHING about bodybuilding, which you obviously do not, you would know that the "dennis james X-weeks out gym-pump pics" are a running gag within the industry because he NEVER looks ANYTHING close to that good on stage

I find DJ's gym (or parking lot ::) ) pics prior to the show irritating. He always makes sure to get these pics out there but can never back it up on stage. It's like false advertising and now people aren't dumb enough to fall for it and buy the product. lol

I seriously doubt that weight claim , if it's true he sure as fuck don't look it , Ronnie was 287lbs in 03 and Dennis is shorter , yet doesn't look anywhere the size of Ronnie

He competes in the 260s when heavy and 240s-250s when light.  It's believeable.  Watch some of his DVDs when he weighs himself.

Dennis said the biggest he ever competed was 265 and I think the biggest Ron ever competed was 295 maybe? Here's a pic of both at their peaks.

its a travesty that dennis won those two shows last year, he looked like sun-burned garbage..........the politics in the IFBB is disgusting

just like  at the phoenix pro, how mike libetatorie got 14th place..........shoudl have easily been in the top 3..............there isnt supposed to be a time to "pay your dues" o r a"pecking order" in  a "sport" like this,..........the best man on the given day should win
