test and chemical imbalances
« on: July 17, 2010, 04:01:14 PM »
I only have my phone right now, won't be around a computer for a while so I can only do limited research, figured I'd just post the question. I'm pretty sure my test started kicking in late last week (week 3), I'm feeling some increased strength and energy. I'm also feeling on edge more. I feel all my emotions more strongly, anger and sorrow most of all. I'm trying to keep a level head, and I don't believe in real roid rage, but this past week it seems like when I get sad its real sadness and the same for irritation or anger, and they both seem to linger a whole lot longer than usual.
Does this sound common, or like it could be tied to the test? Or might I just be suffering a bit of male pms?

YES! Test raises dopamine thereby indirectly decreasing serotonin (not sure if it directly decreases it as well). Keep an eye on yourself and possibly use serotonin boosting supplements
