looks in great shape.... but no longer fighter worthy of pro fight................... ..

even his "fresh" punches are slow.................... ...why not try a take down when you WERE NEVER a stand up fighter.

This video makes me sad

I think it's because like Shamrock his life is so empty and unfulfilled he just can't put down the donuts and pizza.

Not sure if you have ever been in the ring (in any discipline Kickboxing muay- thai etc) but trust me, if you do-not know how to "check" a Thigh kick (inside or outside) when a guy as powerful and fast (with his kicks) as that bloke puts his SHIN with most his body weight into your muscle over and over like that....trust me your whole leg goes completely numb the whole side of you leg gets momentarily paralyzed, the problem with wat happened to Ken in that fight wasn't is age as such was more the fact he DID NOT check even ONE of those Powerful fast Muay-thai Thigh kicks, if Ken was 15yrs younger it would of made no difference he would of STILL went down IF he didnt Check those Powerful Hard kicks.

He verbally Tapped... He Gave Up before he was "done".. thats my issue. I know they hurt like fuck.

Ken shamrock doesn't have the heart in this anymore. just for a well needed paycheck
