I will be doing the Arkansas State Championship once again. I am about 80% sure ill be a light heavy this year. I am currently weight 184 so i think after dropping water and a few more pounds i could be 177 or so. The date is August 14th in Little Rock.

As far as dieting advice this year has been pretty crazy. I have not done cardio ONCE. I am eating about 3000 calories a day so this is the most i have ever eaten and least i have done before.
