PBW reporting major changes to this years Olympia Strongest bodybuilder contest.  They are doing away with the Bench Press / Dead Lift format that Johnnie won with last year.

It's not longer a 2 man race....open to all ifbb pros
2 day event... 3 or 4 exercises
BBing related - POUND FOR POUND challenges
It will be going for repetitions.

the DL + BP format is history.  Derik Farnsworth could beat a Stan Efferding.

Yeah but I heard Alex's parents gave huge Nassar $6000 grand to jump out of a cake and do a most muscular pose. They also picked him up in a fully stocked stretch hummer limo. I'm sure Nassar sold a few soiled trunks at the party. So all in all Nassar probably walked out of there with 7000g's and a lifetime soiled trunk client.

I've heard that the plan for next years "Strongest Bodybuilder" contest is a brutal series of band exercises followed by a 40 minute "extended-strength-application" stint on a NordicTrack.  The event is set to finish with a test of mental endurance where the athlete's "memory-strength" will be tested to its fullest. 

The event is designed to guarantee that we truly find the world's Strongest Bodybuilder!
