My plan would be for him to sit home and eat junk food all day long. I would have him lift no more than 5 pounds at the gym. He would get 1 hour a sleep a night.

My goal is to get Goodrum in even worse shape than he already is, in hopes that he realizes that he shouldn't step on a bbing stage.

Sounds like a decent plan the pro qualifier is definately tougher, your arms are really long maybe if you can fill them out a bit and nail conditioning results will be better this time.

Vince is also a chemist. You have to be a chemist in order to know so much about gear.

With regard to spilling over his last 3,000 pictures, it is possible. It has to do with nutrient timing. Obviously, if Vince fixed his nutrient time, he would come in looking much better.

Pictures do lie. You never really get to see what a person looks like just by a picture, especially if it is taken by a shitty photographer. Here is a pic of Vince from last year. Good thing the picture was taken by a top notch professional photographer.

Oh god when will the insanity stop. And NO NPC would let you enter. And take the real advice Layne gave you (along with many others) just kill yourself.

No they wouldn't. He did one and was such an embarassment the promoter asked him not to enter again. That IS why he enters the NGA contest (well beside being able to see more guys in thongs). A couple of the competitors that were in that show came on here or another board and told the story. Just like when he says all the jobs he has had. He got fired from every one of them. But, he says he was laid off due to cutbacks. EVERY job he has has he has got fired. That IS why he HAS to be his own boss, no one wants him around. See the pattern
