Muscletech still has Richard Jones on contract?

I was flipping thru a MD magazine and I noticed an ad for Muscletech. They have Richard Jones as "Team Muscletech Superstar", and another ad with Joel Stubbs as "Team Muscletech Athlete", and another ad with Lee Banks, who is a nationally ranked amatuer as "Team MuscleTech Superstar".

Hmm, so I guess since Richard Jones hasn't competed since his poor showing last yr, he's not really considered as a competitor, but still warrants a contract, cause he's the marketable "prettyboy", and Lee Banks, again, is not a pro yet, but up and coming (shades of how they sponsored Eric Fromm and Eric "married a Porno chick, and competes as 240 pound natty" Shannon).

They need to free up some dollars for Heath , drop Richard Jones, I doubt he will compete again, abd let him get picked by Universal or BSN.

I have the Flex magazine where they hyped him on the cover with this tagline: "Next Mr. O?"

yeah right. Richard Jones is kept for hims image. I do wish he competed again and this time come in shape with some legs. He could do the 202s and rule or come in a out 215-225 and win some smaller shows.

More than likely he prob signed a brand new contract because for the most part, he had called it quits.  With any supplement company however, there's no telling what he had because his physique is a great image to promote whether he was in competing or not.
