He actualy looks pretty good there.

If i was him i would be so depressed i would be fat as fuck in no time. lol

Nothing like gettin injured...I'm injured right now.  Dislocated my knee and fell down some stairs this week.....it hurt.   It'll be a few weeks before I'm working my upper body and probably a couple months before I'm working my lower.....it's not easy gettin hurt.

Poor guy.  Can someone give me the short version of what happened to him?  Was it (Fuxian) training accident? Car accident?  other? ???
