I kid you not, the shot I saw was in a Playboy Book of Lingerie recap of all of them to date (like to 1997-1998), which meant that it was a tiny pic of full frontal, and I notice the name Milamar Flores, I was like, "What!?", I recognized the face, and this was prior to her getting implants, which meant this was prior to 94-95.
