You do look better but are still fat and not "hard" like you were claiming..

To me it looks like week three of an amp every other day plus some orals , lifting. tidying up your diet some and added cardio..you still have alot of BF and water to lose before you can say you are hard but well done you are looking better.

Im doing 16 minutes of cardio on the recumbant bike, everyday, eat all homecooked food, no fast food, no eating out really, working abs, and just training, you cant see how hard i am of a cold picture, and its a shitty cell phone picture.............in person i am looking alot better, and I plan to be 250 hard with some vascularity.

So far you’ve dropped 30 pounds… I’d say you’re 20 pounds away from being lean judging by your latest pic.

That would add up to 50 pounds.

You say you’re not juicing.. I say you’re full of shit. You look to be gaining size while you drop the fat.

That only happens with a good amount of gear.

no I just do 15 to 18 minutes before i train, if I do alot of cardio i burn up muscle tissue, I never ever did alot of cardio bc I use to keep my heart rate up bc i would never rest between sets when weight training, you guys lit a fire under my ass, pics before I was eating ice cream, junk, anything I wanted, now I have gone to a stricter diet and more disciplined, and remember I only been back at training for 5 months now, took four months to get size and regulate, now I am focusing on eating better, small cardio, and doing lifts I couldnt do at 275 because I was fat with a gut.........thanks for getting me more motivated, im looking and feeling better.
