How quickly could you put Bob Chicks on the sidewalk?

I'd give "Chick" around 2 seconds with myself, no fighting training, gets winded when lean walking 3mph on the treadmill, out of shape now, getting up there in years. I'm sure it could be done quicker if you threw him 50 bucks and promised him placing over a superior "athlete" at a pageant but I'm talking the fighting arts and not the indecent couitus arts Bob once practiced to pay the rent.
