Currently out of shape like a biatch. But started training hard in monday and my nightly routine is 2 boxing minutes + 1 minute of jumpingjacks + 2 min of boxing + 1 min of jumpingjacks then rest the repeat.
+ gym training and 30min on crosstrainer during the day.
right hook from HELL and threw in a kick for good measure that could be seen coming from a mile away haha.
And yes I all the way need to buy a heavier boxing bag.
