Who's the face(s) of Pro BBing...

Jay has said he wants to hang it up by 40 and if hold true...will be done
Dex, Melvin, Toney, DJ will be mid to late 40's and most like have retired or retiring...

Who's running the show?

Phil? Kai? Ed Nunn? your pick?

yeh, that french black dude is off the charts, he is growing nice and steadily.........i wouldnt be surprised if he is dominating the sport in a few years

but you never know, bodybuilders lives are so chaotic, one guy could be on the scene today, and in jail tomorrow, or lose his contracts tomorrow, or lose his supplier tomorrow, or not have kidneys tomorrow, or get forced by his vindictive wife to burn the other woman in a 3 way love triangle alive in the trunk of a jaguar in the desert tomorrow...............s o looking 5 years down the road is not as easy as it is in other sports

i like rolley's prospects too, but he has to watch .........he is perfect now, if he listens to idiots and tries to put on a lot more weight eh is gonna ruin his physique

and phil, he seems like apretty steady character a-la jay cuter

Wow…the O is as fixed as the path (Saint’s BS storyline) to the Super Bowl. 2014-15 Phil is MrO. I’m not sure they wont give 2 more to Jay to let Phil surpass Kai. IFBB and AMI didn’t see Kai coming and can’t just sell to the masses

that Phil is better than him at this pt in their careers, but Phil will surpass him...give he is several yr younger and gutt-less

Un and G, I agree with both of you. Also, throw Brandon Curry and Brandon Ray in the mix as well and maybe that half Korean half white dude, but I doubt he gets a pro card (he may be 'given' one). Richard Jones may make a comeback, to show he's revelant and to drum up sponsors.
I think Vic may have another run, but he seems to lack the fire anymore, after 2007 and especially after his sister was murdered.

All in all, Phil seems to be the future of bbing. Roelly, will come up as a nemesis, and I think as long as he's with Grandma, he is ok. If he goes another route, he's effed, unless it's with Hany. I predict Brandon Curry will get with Hany and be a Phil nemesis as well. Didn't he play college football? Well, then there will two bbers that have played mainstream sports and are freaks of nature. Kinda makes you wonder if other dudes in those sports had gone into bbing what would they look like. We could actually see a Melvin Anthony with decent calves or conditioning or a Brian Buchanan with legs and Ronnie Coleman freaky weight.

I kinda agree with you. I was impressed with is interview that was done by Flex Wheeler. And considering that he has a Flex Wheeler-sque physique, I think this was kinda like a passing of the torch. Cause Xerox Flex aka Melvin Anthony hasn't done Jack.

in 5 years...

bodybuilding will be less and less the focal point of traditional bb shows.

the 'worlds strongest bb' event will get more attantion than the bb event itself

female bb and fitness contests will be gone completely

male 'figure' (underwear model) will be a a larger part of bb events.

possible complete reversal of this in 10-15 years time.

Wiggstradamus has been there with the help of a key herbal ingredient and this is what I saw.

"Pill" Heath has less Mr. Ox than you think.
Kai Greene is medically retired but has 2 Mr. Os.
Cedric McMillan is a top 3 Mr. O guy.
Evan Scent-of-panties is a top 3 Mr. O guy.
Unfortunately Papa Joe Weider passed on.
That French Caribbean guy is a top 6 Mr. O guy.
Nunn is retired- He's already in his 40s.
Roelly is good but never wins the Arnold or the O and develops the first ever case of stage 5 Palumboism.
Brandon Curry is bust another guy with limitless potential but failed to ever dial it in.
Zack Kahn, people will respond....Who?
Sergio Oliva Jr. and Darrem's son will be pros but nothing like their fathers.
Mark Alvisi will be another Craig Titus minus the temper and murderous tendencies...i.e. good looking guy that sells mags but never wins shit.

Dex will be retired and 1 former Mr. O will no longer be with us and it won't be the oldest one that goes first...

This is what I've seen so it will come to be.

Stavios and Leafy Bug will battle it out for the Mr Olympia title.

Leafy will win because of his structure, but Stavios will start selling his soiled undies and surpass Leafy in earnings.

Kamali will announce that he's coming out of retirement to "bring it", and will pop and lock his way to 18th place in the Niagara falls pro invitational, which will be resurrected for that year and fold afterwards.

Hulkster and ND will still be going at it, while the Nasser nights thread will reach 3000 pages with enough content to keep the schmoes happy.
