Interesting way he does one tri exercise: he lays on the bench crossways so that only his upper body is resting on the bench, like a pull over. He has a dumbell and does a triceps exercise either across his face or up and down. It's like a arm tricep press, but more difficult, if you have two dumbells it's replicating a skull crusher, without the bar, and you get a further stretch because you don't have the bench hindering the path of the dumbells.
