I think since it looks like some of the top names are a little off, we are going to have some surprises tomorrow when prejudging begins.

Shawn Ray was one of the best amatuer bodybuilders at the time. Also, I do want to express my condolences to Shawn and his family over the passing of his dad.

At my birthday party.. Nasser and I were having beer on the dais couch..  chatting about the shape of Europe's economy.. then walks in a friend of ours holding a chiwawa...  We looked at each other laughing, thinking the same thing... then Nasser goes "Mr Alex, you did not warn me you invited Shawn Ray"

And condolences to Shawn Ray. Shawn was very regimented in taking care of his father. Like he was with bodybuilding. His schedule was demanding. I hope to be that dedicated to my folks when they need me, as they were when I was a infant.

It's very odd that you see the physique do down in quality, they have a totally different look and not a good one.  Look at the other guys in the video, Vince, and Troy looked great. No guts, great shape and proportions.  I think right now we have people that shouldn't be competing, competing and people that should are doing other things....Of course there's the slin and GH problem also.

Alq Gurley called Shawn Ray, Mr. bodybuilding, and Alq was a taller version of Shawn Ray. it could be that people rely too much on the drug side who knows.
