Laziness, they all are lazy, period. As it has been said, generation nothing-ness, have no drive, no hunger....

no, generation nothingness has no drive or hunger for ANYTHING other then selfish pursuits..........bodybu ilding is a selfish persuit, burninka is doing this for himself, he is the only one that matters, so i dont believe its a matter of him not being hungry ...........i think it has more to do with hsi bodymorphic disorder, and fear of coming in "small and flat".......apparently he worked with dennis wolf for this show (what qualifies dennis to do prep work, scince he cannot get himself straight is beyone me)

and dennis is always afraid of coming in small and flat as well...........plus robert looks like a drug pig to me..........probably going a little too heavy with the humalog late into the prep

Maybe Burneika hasn't improved because he doesn't use GetItOnNY's Swedish Waxy Maize and 12-stage time released protein anymore?

Van, what I think happened is Robert over trained for the how. When I talked to him last he was doing 2 workouts a day, and I know Dennis Wolfe is a high volume trainer.
When I worked with Robert last year, our workout were 30-45 minutes, once a day.
Brief but intence.
If you train 2 times a day for a show on low carbs, training twice a day, will stress the body so your body release cortisol.Thats why Robert looked flat and stringy.
If Robert would have trained less, and stayed away from Dennis Wolfe, he would have given Jason Huhb a run for his money.Trust Robert is huge, but he was so flatt and off at the USA he looked awful.
Compared to what he could look like.He has 24" arms and 22" calves, so if he was "on' Jason wouldnt have looked bigger then him
.I told Robert not to train or work with Dennis Wolfe, I said Dennis looked terrible the last 2 how he did.Wolfe like Burneika, is a great athlete, but they need to have some one Like Chris Aceto, or myself help them pull it together.Tiger Woods has a coach,Jason Giambi has a coach, all top athletes should have a "coach".A coach, doesnt mean they are week or dumb.A coach helps them think and guide them because its hard to diet, train and dial yourself in.
If Robert used Chris Aceto and not trained with Wolfe, he probably would have won the show

MMMmm, not enough to make that big of a difference if at all. How much "cardio" was he doing per day?

Burnieka says he makes more money guest posing then most pro's make with their sponsorship contract which is why he apparently held out being sponsored by anyone. ::)

Coach, when your on low carbs, 100-150 grams of carbs per day it isnt smart to workout twice per day.Especially if your 260 plus lbs. This Know, I competed at 258lbs.
If your carbs are low, you should train more then 45 minutes, 1 hour max.If your training alone, you only really need 30-45 minutes of weights. Then let the diet and cardio, get you lean and hard.
Robert doesnt like to do cardio, and he didnt like to pose alot.
I think if Robert was to train once a day, like he did, with me,do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before his first meal and 30 minutes after training. Then pse 15-30 minutes a day, he would be a pro without question.

It's amazing some of these guys apparently do this for a living and can actually make enough money in the pro's to cover their juice habits yet are too lazy to put everything into it.

I thought you said he was training with Dennis Wolf. Is Dennis training twice a day also, instead of the Dorian inspired training he was doing a while back?

I don't know if cortisol is a factor for a chemical waste dump that is the modern bodybuilder. Sure, there's such a thing as too much training but I don't know if it's the cortisol per se. Wolf looked his best doing Milos' super-duper sets. Then he went to Dorian style, low volume training and he looks totally burned out. :D

Yep, if he wants to use the cortisol excuse fine but there also has to be an understanding that his insulin levels will be effected at the same time. The training alone cannot be the sole reason for cortisol levels to have that effect, true it will rise during training but since his metabolism is also raised at that time the corisol levels will in effect, drop. Unless this guy was under constant outside stress there is no way in hell his cortisol level during training would be that drastic especially since insulin levels drop during exercise. You know he was using insulin while getting ready for this show, the question should be how much, when and did he load on it before the show? But the fact remains (by looking at his training provided by getitonny) he's just flat out lazy. I'm sure he wasn't the only one on low carbs. Sorry GetItOnNy but this goes back to the trainer either that or he thought he knew better and didn't follow direction.

I don't train bodybuilders for a reason....they're lazy.
