Question for the getbig drug addicts

is it 'bad' to take benadryls or some form of sleeping pills/antihistimines every night? i find i cannot sleep through the night anymore if i dont take some of these things. i mean i literally sleep 2 -hour stints in between 2 hours of tossing and turning. i bet these things are liver toxic arent they...

I am in the same boat...I don't do any drugs anymore except drink every now and then and I can't go to sleep without taking otc sleeping pills...It has become the hardest thing to give up

Of course it's bad to need sleep aids every night. Something the body depends on that's certainly going to happen every night for the rest of your life should be taken seriously, not just induced by a pill.

I take it because I sleep all night and when I pop one I am passing out in about 30minutes tops

i have taken 1-4 benadryl a day for about 4 years now for allergies....no adverse effects at all...

wow really? that is awesome to know. do you floatwalk around in a pleasant worry-free fog all day, or are have you become immune to those effects?

Yep been doing that for years. I have tried everything so gave up, dont take anything now. I would say the sleeping pills hit the liver pretty good. They make me groggy as hell the next day.

no...the only thing they do is make some people tired......doesnt happen with me...i could take any sleep aid and go to the gym...that shit doesnt effect me at all...

when i got back from iraq/astan i developed constant allergy problems....so i load up
