Did chest last night: Tons of Flat Bench Press and Flat Flyes.  Chick may not approve, but Arnold seems to recommend it in an old copy of Flex.  Hmmm, who do I go with Arnold or Chick....now that's a tough decision...lol

That said, Arnold grew up in the BB world in the 60's/ 70's...using the tools and knowledge that were available to him....this might come as a huge surprise to you, but there have been a few advancements since then.....

There was a time when the 8 track tape was state of the art too....
