Kai has a high level of detail (especially in the quads), round proportional muscles, even development including his calves, and he still has a decent taper

Trey Brewer was gobbs of mass with zero shape, not Kai

just because you can see the split heads doesn't mean there's no oil

look at markus ruhl or darrem charles

besides I would think the oil goes deep in the muscle not on top of it

It still usually distorts the shape. I don't think Darrem ever used it? He's always had great arms.

There are tons of people with a peak on top of a peak biceps. Melvin Anthony has it on one arm. Can't remember his name, but he was that old skool dude who had no ab detail...
He had "twin peaks", so did Jean-Guiliame (sp)....

Well he is working with Ramrod whose FST-7 is built around this...I would guess so...more for his shoulders than anything else...He's always had arms and calves.

 Kai's biceps look great to me.

 Of course when he gets older and he shrinks down it'll look ridiculous, like Wheeler, but for now it looks cool.
