i read in an old muscle mag interview that he said he was shot while he was being robbed. he carried large sums of money because he was a jewlry dealer. he shot one of the guys that shot him..i think the kid was 14 or 15. it was an interested interview

I heard George was shot during a drug deal gone bad.

George was in the drug business and was shot one night.

He was a criminal... Thats why he feels the need to lie about it. Sounds like he has told many versions of the story, all of which are lies. He's trying to hide the fact that he was a drug dealer that brought the shooting on himself.

hahaha that's hilarious. He was a drug dealer but claims he was a heroic cop who got shot while trying to help people in a bank robbery.

I'd say that guy is done as far as contest preps go. I wouldn't hire anyone knowing he has no problem lying bold into peoples faces.

Good point! As much as I hate liars, I must admit I've fabricated one or two in my lifetime. Usually though, I just avoid the subject if I cannot give an honest reply. This is know as lying by omission. It goes something like this:

-Wife, "Where'd you go last night?"

-Husband, "Out."

-Wife, "Out where?"

-Husband, “Nowhere special, just out."

Wife then gives up asking questions with a sigh and the husband walks away and sighs in relief because he didn’t actually tell a lie….unless it was special!
