i dont think im good enough to compete yet so i should pass but i think ive got a decent base what do you think although competing would be fun so maybe!  Hey if the competition is goodrum it cant be that hard to win ;D

Thanks guys I do like to really hit my biceps hard perhaps a bit too much which is why they are a bit overdeveloped compared to the rest of me this whole picture posting thing is actually not that bad i feel more confident to post now lol

You should really use collars on that curl bar that too much weight i am shocked you are able to even balance it, any slight bend to a either side could sling shot your body back towards that angry black guy behind you
