Who would you rate above him? In March he trounced 6x Arnold Classic winner Zydrunas Savickas, who was considered by most who care about such things to be the strongest man in history. |

This isn't a shot at Poundstone, but he would need to put up big numbers in those other strength sports in my eye to earn the title of true World's Strongest Man.

Koklyaev is a good choice, as is Savickas. Kazmaier could still be in the running. But you could count the contenders on one hand and Poundstone is definitely a finger, if not the thumb.  |
