First rate as always.
Leafy has mastered the art of conditioning via diet and no cardio, something so few have the wherewithal to do. This aspect is VERY important as it not only preserves muscle, it makes the whole overall process of calorie reduction more palatable and obviously much easier. Its just one less thing to focus and waste time on.
As you can see, Leafy is by no means done in terms of adding muscle. Should he stick with it further he will keep progressing, ultimately to the Heavies where his small waisted and small jointed structure will dominate as it is somewhat a rarity in the upper leagues. There are too many doofus boned people as it is and this is a welcomed change.
