no sheets on matress and sleeping-your opinions plz!

so about 4 weeks ago i had my clean laundry from the laundry mat sitting in my car trunk-and it was late at night and i was too tired to go back to my car so i just slept on my matress w no sheets on it-and it was very cozy for some reason
so since then ive been sleeping on just my matress w/ a blanket and pillow-and i love it-i seem to sleep really good like this

is it ok to do this? do i need to worry about dust mites or anything?

your opinions plz

Gene if you use sheets, they would be the things that get the most dirty but you can easily removed and wash them.  Not sure how you could easily thoroughly clean a mattress.
