Just depends on you broham...I prefer my physique to be a bit more muscular I guess Im short 5'6"-5'7" ish and want to be about 180-185 around 12% or so Im about 198 now probably around 20% ish

one thing is for sure only way we will ever know is to actually hunker down and diet LOL something Im not the best at.

Its always cool to see new veins showing in places youve never seen before.
