i already know ronnie isnt going to compete again.  as far as hlth...i've seen his kin folk in these south states live off a lard, butter and pig fat, and still live in their 70-80s.  i wouldnt be surprise life ronnie does also.  this question is how long you got after using the s##t you've been on?  how much longer i got with 3rd world genetic pool?  

do you not understand that using liver and kidney toxic steroids year round combined with high doses of insulin which cause a buildup in visceral fat which has a direct correlation to heart disease while consuming a diet of pounds of red meat per day, which has been proven to increase risk of heart disease will shorten one's life span dramatically?

Most guys have the common sense to stop that level of abuse once they are done competing.

Everybody wants to know who are the biggest drug abusers in a sport thats entirely about abusing drugs. heres the list of the worst of the worst in current pro bodybuilding...

1) Kai Greene - of the current flock of top pros he is by far one of the worst especially when it comes to androgens. Of the guys competing in the Mr O he is on the highest amount of total test per week by a big margin.

2) Dennis Wolf - scared to eat a single carb meal without slin

3) Trey Brewer - not a pro, but basically added an extra gram of hormones into his stack every time he didnt place how he wanted. ended up learning the hard way that if you cant turn pro on 6 grams of gear, 20+ iu's of gh, etc you wont necessarily turn pro with 8 grams of gear, 25 iu's of gh...

4) Ronnie Coleman - slammed more parabolan than most people would believe, at times went to almost 40 iu's of gh, was a pig with slin, still wont stop using slin tren and 2+ grams of test even when he will never compete again

5) Silvio Samuel - not sure how current he is anymore after getting jaundice and frying his liver thanks to year long use of high dosed orals without any break

he presides over the Rx community..........and is the kind of that little fiefdom. he has a little army of naieve followers who dont knwo of his past as a crug dealign scam artist
and looks to have gotten away with his health so far

Most people assume Branch Warren is a big abuser because of his "hardcore" attitude and his level of graininess on stage. Well, the graininess is basically just genetics and the hardcore thing is a persona he created to make money. He is actually pretty shy and very deliberate. His use is pretty typical of a pro at his level, not above and beyond like the 5 guys i mentioned. Admittedly in his last showing at the 2009 Mr O he was using a lot more tren (from a different source too) and also dieted down with DNP which in turn allowed him to keep his insulin and anadrol higher in the days leading up to the contest.

Ruhl is a typical case of too much test and tren year round. When you 3+ grams of test alone is considered your baseline you end up with the old, beaten up face that Ruhl has. Take a look at guys like Kovaks who look much much older than they really are, very similar aging patterns. A young example of this is Trey Brewer.

Cutler, who is excellent at keeping the exact details of his usage very much under wraps, was hitting the slin and gh extremely hard trying to catch Ronnie toward the later years of their rivalry. The difference just came down to genetics in that Ronnie could take boatloads of slin, close to 40 iu's of gh and as long as he was on enough parabolan, come in decently hard. Cutler was never quite able to do that.

 
sorry, but Ronnie will never compete again due to his nerve damage. He is shortening his lifespan because he refuses to stop taking tren, boatloads of slin and grams upon grams of other hormones. Do you really think all that visceral fat buildup is healthy? Especially in conjuction with the pounds of red meat he eats every day, not to mention the oral steroids and the trenbolone?

OK.. i have to take exception to the misinformation that was just posted.. first off BIG A  is not a drug dealer.. i have known him for many, many years.. he does not distribute drugs.. i dont know where you get your info.. but that is not accurate at all.. as for phil hernon.. he also does not partake in the drug dealing.. he paid his debt in that regard many years ago .. it is not on his radar now.. i have known phil for many years.. we were pretty close years back.. talked on the phone every day.. he many conversations.. and from them i can tell ya he does not sell any illegal products..

 i have been a mod on that board since its inception.. we have numerous sponsors.. that does not mean BIG A is a dealer.. he owns the board..  the sponsors pay money to advertise.. end of story..

  i also see you list dante as a liar in the industry.. come on.. again i know the guy.. he runs a very successful business dealing in supplements.. he gives back to so many athletes in this industry and wants nothing in return that you hear about.. same goes for BIG A.. he also gives products to numerous guys and asks for nothing.. he has been burned numerous times doing so.. yet it does not stop him.... dont like dante?? fine.. but to say he is a liar is silly.. great guy and to say other wise shows you know nothing about him..

I got banned from PM for saying one of the board sponsers eg drug dealers gear was shite and they banned me , why ? I got ripped and i got my contact from that board to me that says they are protecting there interests.

Alin has Big ass and Phil in his back pocket you cant say anything bad about him , well you couldnt when I could view the forum and Ive never had issues with Alins gear but alot have.
