My name is Fatpanda and this is my story.

if i can help in any way from my years of pain and suffering  - i will.

advices will be offered on request - just ask away.

Lots of folks wonder the same crap. To lose wt , eat lighter and do cardio with a little lifting 3 x a week.
Bodybuilding TRAINING is a healthy lifestyle, but "extreme drug useing freak building" ( modern hardcore BB) is a train wreck of a life.

How is it that you're training that you're getting so many bad injuries and taking chunks of flesh out!?! maybe go with a personal trainer for a few months to show you how to train properly, this isn't a diss to you but if you're injuring yourself to such a degree you might not be handling the weight properly or trying to use an insane amount of weight  that will most likely end in injury...

free weights with dumbells. i didn't use wrist straps, just raw grip strength.

eventually the calluses build up and the weight gets so heavy that they rip off taking a chunk off your palm, leaving only raw exposes flesh.

never had any back issues till this disc jumped out  :( - never used a weight belt.

rotator cuff issues stem from improper technique when i first started out - mainly a pec dec machine, and behind the neck presses  :(

i am a qualified gym instructor - i know what i'm doing now.

saying that i'm slightly worried by this disc injury - as i have been getting major leg cramps in one leg , and have lost all feeling in the front of my thigh and knee  :-\

i may have to go and see a doctor  :(

Rotator cuff problems stem from not training for joint integrity and going right into compound movements WITH improper technique. Train for joint (stabilizer....the 4 muscles of the rotator cuff are stabilizers) integrity FIRST. An "expert" such as yourself should already know this.....right?

aren't you the gimmick i so brutally owned in your former account, you have been pming me non stop trying to get revenge on me ?  ;D

i wonder who you could be - i have owned so many over the years here.

take joe above aka the coach, aka the stick studs supremo, aka joe loco ,aka a calorie is not a calorie.

i have owned him more times than i can count - his archaic knowledge of fitness and nutrition protocols could have been lifted straight from the old testament.  :-\

however although i knew he was set in his ways and closed minded, i was surprised by how he betrayed josh just as i accepted his challenge.

very low joe, very very low - not that i'm surprised. you knew you were onto a loser when you found out i was the competition. not only would i embarrass your protocols in theory, and scientific fact, but also in real life.

Fatpanda, name when you've owned me. Let's make this a little challenge, debating you is like debating TA, its too freakin easy especially since you two think alike. So let's get it on!!

Its funny how you keep saying you "owned" me yet you can't tell me WHERE you've owned me. Pick a training subject...nutrition, athletes, injury, bodybuilding...name it.
