There's a moment in my DVD Kai Greene: OVERKILL when Kai is wiped out from his training and Oscar decides to let him skip cardio so he can go back to his hotel room to rest.

Kai turns to Oscar in the car and says these words. It has become a catch phrase among some of my friends when we feel exhausted but know we must push on with whatever we are doing! If you've seen the documentary, you know what I am talking about

For all you fu%k sticks.....have any of you met Kai? Has Kai himself ever done anything bad to you personally? Probably not on both accounts. Would any of you have the balls to say something to his face about his fruit antics....Definitely not.

I have met Kai, he is a good dude.....do I agree about what he does in his own time....No but if he isn't hurting animals/kids....then fine by me!
