The only reason I'd say he's on steroids is because it doesn't seem like he follows a good diet and is probably inconsistent with his training. Unless he has such great genetics that he can eat like shit, train inconsistently and still gain muscle, I'd say he probably dabbles in something  to at least keep up his physique.

the first seasos was what, 4 or 6 weeks..........he came in  pretty jacked and lean, a short month later  (obviously he wouldnt want to brin ggear to the house) he was smaller and chubbier

now, at the beginning of the second season,,,,,,,,,,he is bigger again

EVERYONE who has ever bounced or hung around lifters knows a few guys like this guys.................... ....great genetics. doesnt even have to try hard, but will never take his physique to the next level because he is too worried about partying every night, and could never be as strict with his diet as he should

Just because he's not a huge ripped guy doesnt mean he's not juicing .. he shows most of the clear signs of steroid usage. Look at the traps/delt area , puffy nipples , water bloat , quick changes in his physique .. this guy uses juice , no question.

or that, a natural at his bodyfat could not physically hold that amount of water

Haha, I think you're way off here.

This whole "traps and delt area" that people keep harping on about to identify steroid use is bollocks. Where's the acne? Where's the receding hairline? This "puffy nipples" thing as well that people mention can be found on naturals - hell, I had gyno before I ever started using. Water bloat can be attained by drinking lots of milk and using creatine - I've been there too when I was a natural. I'm telling you, he's not on anything - that's just a naturally big guy right there.
