I have been on both sides of the fence - a gear user for seven years (on and off between '02 and '09) and a natural since 1993 up to when I started using. I had the exact same "symptoms" as Ronnie here has when I was natural. This Ronnie guy must be the world's worst respondent to gear if he's using in those pics.

these signs people point out are visable on true naturals.. I don't think theres always a direct correlation.  However I do believe he is using because of the facts you stated above.  The party lifestyle and the lack of proper nutrition would work against him and cancel out any natural gains.

Not surprised. A lot of people tend to look much larger on TV. I remember seeing Keith Jardine at the Olympia expo a couple years ago and he looked like a skinny rat. He's not known as a muscular guy but looks like a pretty big dude structurally  on TV compared to real life.

Out of all the housemates Ronnie has the best genetics and he is also very short. I tend to think he does hit the sauce based on his weight loss and gains that occur in short periods of time.  With that said though I have known other Italian dudes with similar builds to Ronnie who looked very good without drugs. 

To my eye the dead giveaway about Ronnie juicing is his traps which have the "look" and thickness of a juicer...for some reason the traps and neck are just one of those muscle groups that exhibit a thickness and density from drug use that is hard to hide.
