I improved my front raises when I quit doing them.

Bullshit - the best way to improve your squat is endless high rep sets of leg extension .. I thought everyone already knew this.... all kidding aside Bruce Lee once said something along the lines of "if you want a harder kick , then kick" .. a lot of truth to this.
He also destroyed his back doing good mornings and because of that was against the exercise.
And he is right, good mornings are absolutely worthless.Do deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifts or hyperextensions, nobody needs that good morning bullshit. That works maybe for grandma with a broomstick...It's a totally unnatural movement.
I started doing bench 16 yearsa ago and improved 100 pounds to 220 at 6-6.I did not lift consistently.I tend to lift for a while and burn out.How to avoid burnout?
