Homosexuality and bi sexuality were normal in the greco-roman world. It was codified though and had to follow a certain number of social rules. But Babylonian, Persian or even Egyptian civilizations have a far less documented history about this. There's absolutely no evidence that any Achemenids were gay or even bisexual in fact.
