damn u gaine how many pounds in a flight?
Here is a breakdown as best I can remember.
I flew out last thursday at 8am. The tuesday before I was 208.7 at the gym (after a workout). I then stressed and began drinking some beer and ice cream.
On thurs morning I was 212ish. When I flew out that afternoon I weighed myself as I was getting that heavy feeling you get from water weight and my weight was 215 around 5pm and 218 that night. The next day I went up to 222 and that night 227. So, when I took the pics I was 222, that night 227. Next day I went for several cups of strong coffee and kept my carbs down to nothing, no salt, and drank tons of water. By nightfall I was 222 again. The next last day I was there I was 215 again, back up to 217 when I got home, and today about a week later I am 211 or so. I am carb SEN SI TIVE and I can blow up or shrink depending on what I eat. It sucks! Also for the record I used to be much bigger, 253 being my highest weight and I was solid. Having a big back and wide shoulders helps. So there I am, no SHOW US YOUR PICS bs because now I have. Will get some new ones this weekend when I don't look so soft. Also at the moment I have roughly a 29 inch waist, my shorts being size 34 literally slide off me without a belt. And I weigh about 211. Should be 208 though, still watery. Goal being 195.
