What's weird is that there are so many loop holes in the law here it's pretty fucked up. When I went to the dispencery yesterday there was a guy that was leave and the the shopkeeper said, " This is your second time in here today" and the other guy said, "I'll be back tonight". This guy is selling his pot...The way it works is the shop cannot legally sell you MJ cause it's still against the law to sell...It goes based on "donations" $55 an 1/8 for top shelf stuff, I had Skywalker OG kush...WOW!! God shit. SInce you can only have up to seven plants, the extra you can donate to the shops, what they do is put down how much you donate after they expect it and accept it. So when you're out or have a plant that fucks up, you can go to where you donated and get your extra.
What these dildos do is use the places as a place to store their extra weed go by the discpencery to pick up the extra weed and sell it making a a decent amount of money. There's no limit to how much you can by but you can't only have up to an ounce in your place. Clearly when you go by a pot shop 3 times in a day you're not smoking it all and the shopkeepers know and just laugh about meanwhile alot of MJ patients are making alot money because we are the wild west out here for pot still...I guess get in while it's early cause they have a get out of jail free card and the only real way to get caught is selling to someone especially someone without a card which would be very difficult to since people keep their operations tight nit.
