Now that I am legal, I'm going to open a dispensary or care giving place for MJ.  I've spent the past weekend touring various ones in town and while they have great strains, a good business sells more than this. I'm going to put my college degree to use and open a business here in NV cause the 10 MJ places here are garbage.  There are so many rules that need to be followed and I'll probably still be operating in a grey area until the selling of MJ is legal.  Anywho, outside of strains of MJ what else would you like to see in a dispensary?

Many of our soldiers got wounded and killed, with on-going negative ramifications for their friends and families. Many who returned will have lasting mental problems. Our soldiers killed and hurt thousands of innocent people overseas -Women, children, and men who never did America any harm. Honestly I got no problem with most Afgahanies, Iraqies etc. Most of them are decent people who mean you no harm.

We have one of the highest imprisonment rates in the world. More then 1/100 black people in America right now are in jails. So much for "freedom" in America. Yet many of our streets are not safe at night.

We have laws that prohibit people from having the choice to use steroids, yet we allow the multibillion pharmaceutical industry to sell drugs such as Retalin (with doctors who are incentivized to prescribe it to kids).

We are the biggest polluter in the world.

Freedom of speech? The US is going nuts about what happens when the truth really gets out there, such as on websites like Wikileaks.

Our economy is a disaster. Many people can’t afford decent healthcare, or education.

And we are so arrogant and self-centered that previous Presidents used to ask God to “Bless America” in Presidential speeches. That a President would believe in a fictional character such as “God” is crazy enough, but to be so selfish as to ask him only to Bless America is ridiculous.

Greatest Country in the world? Yeah right.

When you travel overseas you realize that we are now one of the most hated nations in the world.

Instead of the Billions and Trillions of dollars spent on killing people overseas, wouldn’t it have been nice if we used that money for something better? Like free education (including University) for our citizens like they have in Europe? Or for free healthcare (like in Europe). Or for free healthy foods for the kids in our poorer schools? Or on initiatives for renewable energy? Or helping other countries, instead of destroying them?

I don't know what it's like in the US but if it is comparable to the Dutch coffeeshops here's some input for you :

- offer some self-made hash , very pricy but strong and some people just like hash better than weed
- have at least one uplifting-high mostly sativa strain with high THC and one couch-stoned mostly indica strain with more CBD in it
- have magnifying-glasses (25x - 50x) at the counter
- good music is essential , but of course that depends on taste
- hot chocolate , tea , coffee , soft-drinks , snacks
- I'd rather go to a shop where you can be sure that if you buy some G13 it's the real deal and not just some strong weed so make sure you actually know what you're selling
- an outdoor-area is a big plus (e.g. a roof-top terrace)

It might be a drug by definition but considering how harmless (especially compared to legal things like alcohol and tobacco) it is then it shouldn't be put with the harder stuff. BTW your post makes no sense.

Wiggs, I highly respect our great nation's military, but I need to ask what exactly you did to save our country.

Also, on one hand you readily admit that you are operating in a "gray" area, but you say what you are doing is not illegal.

Here is what I would advise:  Talk to an attorney and see if you can get a legal opinion written by him/her.  This way, if you get charged with a crime/violation in the future, you have possibly erased any mens rea (intent).

Personally, I see a problem with something known as federal preemption.  Further, I see these dispensaries as future targets in the "war on drugs".

good deals on good weed. ( 40 for a quarter, 70 for half, 120 for ounce.)
ok deals on the finest chronic. ( 40 for eight, 65 per quarter, 120 a half, 200 an ounce.)

have a variety of weeds to choose from in the finest chronic section. some dark purple, some super dense and sticky green buds, some super crystally buds, and some super orange hairy buds.


also, you need rock hash and hash oil at affordable prices. 10-15 gram for rock hash and 30-40 per gram for hash oil. plus, make a wide variety of edibles. pizza, ice cream, cookies, everything you can think of.

the most important thing is pricing on the weed. make sure you have deals that kill street prices.
