Yeah, boxers move to mma when they can't hang as boxers. Think about it.

Like who?

Yeah, there is proof.  Proof that guys that suck at boxing will suck if they switch to MMA.  Next they should suck at golf, and then tennis.

No top boxer has yet been seen in the UFC or MMA in general. True that considering the rules, I don't thing boxers could do very well once taken down but still doesn't change the fact that the best talents still end up in boxing. Also, and even if boxers are not clean, at least you don't see guys who are outrageously roided and drugged up like in UFC. None of these guys could take a simple piss test. You would have given a prime time Tyson about 18 months training in grappling or whatever else and if would have mopped the floor back and forth with Lesnar and whoever else.

Boxing hasn't been relevant since the early 90's, with all the scandals, fixes, lack of good or interesting fighters it has been paved over by MMA..

and what's with all these piece of shit calling MMA a skinhead sport ?!! because the guys aren't 8:1 black like the nba it's automatically a bunch of white skinheads?! half these comments were by what looked like jews.

The talent level in mma is very low. It has potential but some of the guys at the top level are laughable.

Boxing and striking in general is more interesting to watch than two guys rolling around on the floor.

Recent example.

World title fight, with one guy Carwin who gasses after throwing about fifty punches, comes forward in straight lines, zero headmovement, zero footwork, no Muay thai, slow as mollases, just boxing that a two week novice would know. Against Lesnar, a guy that gets hit once with an overextended uppercut and turns round and spends the rest of the round curled up on the floor. He has zero boxing or Muay thai. So much for well rounded. Two wrestlers, only one of them throws a one two.

You're a focking tool.  D-1 national champions and Olympic medalists don't have talent and aren't as good athletically as boxers?  It would be nice if you didn't talk if you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground.

Here is Mike Tyson talking about how a leg kick paralyzed his leg and left him leaning against a wall cuz he couldn't walk after it.  Watch the interview.  Tyson has nothing bad to say about MMA and is complimentary to Couture.

Watch your fucking mouth. Forest griffin, Tim Sylvia, Rich Franklin, Chuck Liddell, Rampage et cetera the list goes on, the talent pool is fucking tiny. Who said anything against Muay Thai? Couture has never thrown a leg kick in his life, another one dimensional wrestler.

Or what bitch boy?  Couture is a fantastic athlete, whether he uses kicks a lot or not.  Its obvious you don't know what you're talking about so shut your mouth unless you want to talk about something you know, like sucking dick.  Muay Thai is just one of the arts MMA guys train.  You may as well say MMA sucks, but who said anything about BJJ?  Like I said, you're a focking tool.

Go and die girl. MMA has a tiny talent pool at this stage in it's history, hence the reason why guys like Rogers, Carwin, Griffin, Liddell can rise to the top of the sport without being elite at even one discipline and starting in their thirties. There are elite athletes in mma, guys like GSP and Fedor, but they are few and far between. Training something has nothing to do with whether or not you are good at it or not. The technique that 99% of mma fighters have standing is laughable, go and watch the Griffin v Silva fight to see what a guy who went 1-1 in boxing does to guys on that level. I didn't say boxing was better than anything, i said the talent pool is far larger, it's not the sport it's the current infrastructure.

You have a middle aged engineer who can't even throw a combination and was outstruck by Neil Wain, fighting for world titles against a collegiate wrestler who reacts to getting punched by curling up in to the fetal position for the majority of the round lol.

I would mutiliate degenerate shit like you in real life so keep crying. "You said something bad about my sport, so i'll call you a fag". Fucking WWF fanboys.

Did you really just type that?  You're even dumber than I thought.  Here all this time have been training for nothing.  Little did I know that training something doesn't have anything to do with whether you're good at it.  I hope all the athletes don't find this out.  What would they do with all their free time if they found out training has nothing to do with getting better at something.  What a focking moron.

Tell me all about what you would do in real life pussy boy.  Unlike you, I actually train in boxing and MMA.
Then again, I forgot that training doesn't make you good at something, so your couch potato ass is probably better at fighting than I am, even though you don't train and I have been doing it all my life.  And what the fock does WWF have to do with anything?  I don't watch it, golf, water polo, tiddlywinks, or any of the other things that have nothing to do with fighting.  "jaime"?  If that isn't a fag's name, nothing is.  BTW, Carwin won his first 12 fights in the first round and is a two-time NCAA Division II Wrestling National Runner-Up Heavyweight in 1996–97 and the NCAA II Wrestling Heavyweight National Champion in 1999. He was also a two-time All-American in football for Western State.  You're right, definitely not an athlete.

I get the impression that Dana White plays the passive aggressive devil when it comes to Randy Couture. I don't believe Dana likes Randy very much. Remember that Randy wanted out of his contract not to long ago and not long after that Dana fed Randy Brock Lesner. There was also talk about a Couture/Fedor fight a couple years back that Randy was trying to make happen without Dana. Something tells me that Mr. White wouldn't mind seeing Couture get knocked out within the first minute of the fight this weekend.
