Test was the main.  Been probably close to 4 years? I tried winny and it made me pretty sick.  Ya you're probably right I kept at it though 6-7 days a week and always kept a great diet.  Test made me very watery though bloated.  Got to 230 or so and had to start buying new suits.  Wasn't worth it.
